If a planner arrives damaged or isn't quite right, we'll make it right.
7-day window
Reach out within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Products must be unused and in original condition.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, send a photo to kavi@naalum.co.in within 48 hours and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Personalized planners
Custom or personalized planners are non-refundable unless faulty.
